Accept an invite

Your clients can invite you to access their data in Sage Business Cloud Accounting. If a client invites you, they’ll already be paying us directly for Accounting. This continues after you accept the invitation.

You’ll find any pending invites on the Pending tab of the client list.

Clients that have sent you invites show New Client Invitation in the Activation Status.

To accept:

1. On the client row for the inviting client, select Accept.
2. In the client sidebar, select Accept.
3. Confirm by selecting Yes.

The client will move to the Active tab of the client list. You’ll now be able to access their data.
